Job summary

Sysmex Asia Pacific seeks a Senior Business Analyst, Business Application Management to govern, deliver, and support SAP S/4HANA, GTS, GRC, MDG and related enterprise apps across Asia Pacific. You will partner with business and tech stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable, value-driven solutions and drive process improvements, digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in SAP implementation, application management, or support.
Minimum 5 years leading SAP teams, projects, and support operations.
Strong governance, compliance, project management, and business partnering.
Experience leading regional or global SAP projects and stakeholder engagements.
Knowledge of automation, analytics, AI, and digital transformation is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

Govern and manage SAP S/4HANA, GTS, GRC, MDG, and related enterprise applications in line with global standards and policies.
Lead business analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
Drive process standardization, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
Manage SAP GRC activities, including access governance, SoD controls, compliance monitoring, and audit support.
Champion digital transformation through automation, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with global, regional, and external partners to deliver successful projects and sustainable business value.
