Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Singapore or Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Associate Director to oversee the Operational Resilience Testing and Assurance program. You will design and run end-to-end tests, develop realistic scenarios, and facilitate tabletop exercises with senior stakeholders across locations.

The role requires deep knowledge of ISO 22301 and DORA, strong leadership, and the ability to drive continuous improvements across global units. This role is based in APAC with regional impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational resilience, business continuity, or crisis management with testing focus
• Proven ability to lead testing and exercise programs, including scenario design
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies
• Familiarity with ISO 22301, ISO 22398, and DORA regulations
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• CBCI or MBCI certifications are desirable

Responsibilities

• Design and execute operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management tests across all business lines
• Develop realistic scenarios aligned with top risks and emerging risk intelligence
• Facilitate tabletop exercises and simulations with senior stakeholders across locations
• Manage an annual testing plan meeting client, regulatory, and audit requirements
• Coordinate testing across Operations, Technology, and Third Parties
• Analyze test outcomes to identify vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities
• Monitor closure of actions and remediation plans from testing activities
• Act as deputy to the Director, Crisis Management (APAC) during incidents
