Job summary

Kerry Consulting is partnering with a premier Megabank to appoint a technology leader for a regional executive role in Singapore. This position oversees the technology roadmap and transformation for Corporate Functions applications across APAC, reporting to the Head of IT and working with Enterprise Architecture, AI & Data, and Information Security.

Qualifications

18+ years in corporate banking technology (applications domain).
Deep expertise implementing APAC regulatory reporting solutions (e.g., Basel III/IV, Dodd-Frank, AML/CFT, KYC).
Experience structuring regional regulatory databases and optimizing cloud/on-premise packages with minimal customization.

Responsibilities

Lead the APAC Corporate Functions Technology portfolio across HR, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Procurement and Regulatory Reporting.
Partner with regional stakeholders and technology heads to align roadmaps with regional strategy.
Drive enterprise transformation by consolidating regulatory reporting into a common data model.
Manage end-to-end IT risk, incident resolution and portfolio budgeting.
Build and lead a high-performing multi-location team across on-premises and cloud environments.
