Qualifications

Law degree or equivalent professional qualification with 10+ years of progressive legal experience.
Experience advising on product regulatory compliance across Asia Pacific.
Admission to practice in Singapore or APAC jurisdiction preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance on product regulatory compliance across APAC.
Design, implement, and mature scalable compliance frameworks for APAC regulatory areas.
Monitor regulatory developments, advise on policy trends, and manage external counsel as needed.
Collaborate with product, sales, operations, sustainability, and government affairs teams to improve compliance programs.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on regulatory issues.
