Job summary

Lam Research Singapore is seeking an APAC Regulatory Counsel to guide product and materials regulations, sustainability, and due diligence across the region.

As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, you will translate complex laws into practical, risk-based business guidance, partnering with teams to enable responsible growth. This on-site role requires a law degree with 10+ years in regulatory counseling across APAC, strong communication, and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Law degree and qualified to practice law in APAC jurisdictions.
• Progressive legal experience with 5–6 years in regulatory counseling.
• Experience advising on product regulatory compliance, EHS, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal guidance on product and materials regulations across APAC.
• Design and mature scalable compliance frameworks for new regulatory areas.
• Support regulatory due diligence, reporting obligations, and third-party reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to minimize regulatory risk and enable growth.
• Advise senior leadership on evolving regulatory challenges and opportunities.
