Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to execute regional strategies across APAC. You will partner with medical, sales, and market access teams to tailor campaigns, enable field teams, and measure impact in market.

The role requires managing brand plans, launches, and digital programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and cross-country collaboration within APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Life Sciences; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in marketing with 3–5 years in regional APAC roles.
• Experience in healthcare/biopharma/medical devices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate global EP marketing strategy into APAC regional plans and local execution.
• Develop regional brand plans, launches, positioning and campaigns.
• Lead regional market segmentation and customer journey mapping.
• Create regional marketing assets and digital programs with regulatory review.
• Drive multi-channel programs and measure ROI to optimize investments.
• Provide commercial insights to inform strategy and tactics.
