Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in category management or strategic sourcing.
• Experience with semiconductor, lab, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience across multiple APAC countries.
• Familiarity with Ariba, SAP, and sourcing analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate global category strategies into APAC execution plans.
• Lead CapEx construction and infrastructure projects across APAC.
• Oversee lab operations, tool installations, and technical services.
• Drive RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and negotiations to achieve savings.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for governance.
