Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an APAC Regional Finance Lead to partner with the account leadership and client stakeholders, delivering strategic financial leadership, governance, and commercial insight across the region.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and performance reporting across the region, develop business cases, monitor KPIs, and drive profitability and value creation for Sodexo and the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent with relevant accounting qualification.
• 6+ years in finance, regional/multicultural environment.
• Strong business partnering and influence abilities.
• Fluent English; second language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership to provide financial insights.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for APAC.
• Deliver timely financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Monitor KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, drive corrective actions.
• Develop business cases and financial models for investments and transformations.
