Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Regional Account Director to manage end-to-end food service operations for a key client across the APAC region. The role focuses on delivering high-quality dining services, operational excellence, and strong client relationships across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include driving governance, managing P&L, optimizing manpower, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12–18+ years of experience in food services, hospitality, or contract catering.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations.
• Strong operational and financial acumen (P&L ownership).
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site food service operations across APAC client locations.
• Act as primary contact for client stakeholders; drive governance, performance reviews, and reporting.
• Lead service excellence initiatives to enhance employee dining experience, engagement, and ambience; monitor feedback.
• Own P&L for the account; manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; optimize manpower and costs.
• Drive collaboration with culinary, procurement, HR, and HSE teams; support new site mobilizations and expansions.
