Qualifications

Produce evaluation and analysis reports, ensuring that new site selections align with company standards, and establish a database containing information on target area business districts, commercial entities, and community projects Serve as the primary contact for the company’s appointed data supplier, overseeing data delivery, data quality, and integration into analytical models. Provide initial sales forecasts for all proposed new sites to the local property teams across APAC. Review and validate new store proposals submitted by country teams, ensuring alignment with regional standards and strategic priorities. Conduct a structured performance review approximately three months after each store opening, comparing actual results against forecasts and extracting insights.
