DANONE ASIA PACIFIC HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. seeks a Quality & Food Safety Strategic Initiatives Lead to accelerate APAC QFS strategy through regional transformation programs, governance, and capability-building. You will drive standardization, operational excellence, and strong risk management across markets, sites, and suppliers.

The role focuses on change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivering measurable business outcomes for a future-ready QFS organization in APAC.

Qualificações

• Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Significant experience in Quality, Food Safety, Operations, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Experience leading regional projects, strategic initiatives, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, compliance, governance, and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment of APAC QFS strategic priorities and transformation programs.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and performance dashboards; monitor progress and risks.
• Drive cross-category initiatives to strengthen compliance, food safety, and operational performance.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen QFS capability, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix organization to align regional and global QFS efforts.
