Job summary

Danone in Singapore seeks a senior APAC QFS PMO leader to orchestrate strategy execution, governance and analytics across Regions. You will drive performance management, risk monitoring and digital enablement for Quality, Safety, and Manufacturing functions.

This role interfaces with Global QFS, Digital and cross-functional teams to harmonize processes, scale best practices, and accelerate data-driven decision making across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in Quality Management with PMO and analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects across multiple markets.
• Strong governance, performance management, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC QFS PMO governance and strategy programs.
• Drive KPI governance and monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Develop analytics platforms and dashboards for APAC.
• Collaborate with global teams to harmonize systems.
• Stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
