Job summary

Cloudera in Singapore seeks a PS&T Operations Analyst to drive day-to-day execution across APAC, ensuring workflows and regional reporting align with global standards.

You'll set up projects in PSA tools, track KPIs, and provide management with insights to improve delivery and forecast revenue. The role requires 2+ years of ops experience, strong data skills, and the ability to collaborate across time zones.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.
• 2+ years operational experience in Professional Services or Revenue Operations in a tech/SaaS environment.
• Experience with credit and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational workflows supporting APAC PS projects.
• Forecast PS revenue and deliver insights to management.
• Support pipeline, bookings reviews, and regional capacity management.
• Analyze project backlog, investments, and at-risk work.
• Set up projects in PSA tools and ensure invoicing accuracy.
