Job summary

Symrise AG in Singapore seeks a Product & Marketing Manager (Aroma Molecules) to drive profitable growth and market expansion across Asia Pacific. You will blend strategic product management with market development and customer-focused marketing, acting as the interface for APAC commercial teams and global portfolio decisions.

The ideal candidate brings 12–15 years in technical or commercial roles, experience in product management and marketing for specialty ingredients, and strong English

Qualifications

• Min 12-15 years in Technical and/or Commercial background or comparable experience.
• Experience in product management, marketing, specialty ingredients, aroma molecules or related chemical/ingredient business.
• Strong commercial expertise including pricing, forecasting, portfolio management and market development.
• Ability to translate technical product characteristics into customer-relevant value propositions and communication materials.
• Strong communication skills in English and another language if possible.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of demonstration formulas and application concepts for aromatics.
• Develop and maintain marketing strategies for products, groups, segments and opportunities.
• Support creation of communications materials and sales support content.
• Deliver on-site and online product presentations to customers.
• Collaborate with regional analytics to track customer needs and activity.
• Define and create content for social media and internal trainings.
