Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation seeks an experienced Manager Marketing for APAC, based in Singapore. This on-site, five-days-a-week role reports to the Regional Marketing Director APAC and collaborates with R&D, Applications Development, Supply Chain, and Operations to identify opportunities and deliver tailored value propositions for the food segment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing or related field is required.
Ten years' progressive business experience with at least five years in a Sales or Marketing role.
Must be a leader and self-starter seeking upward mobility.
Occasional international travel within APAC region.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and business acumen.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of marketers to drive regional growth.
Identify unmet customer needs and translate into value propositions and products.
Collaborate with R&D, Applications Development, Supply Chain, Marketing and Operations to move projects to market.
Plan and manage participation at industry conferences, tradeshows and seminars.
Drive NPD projects and manage product launches and lifecycle.
