Job summary

Franklin Templeton is seeking a Senior Associate/Manager, Product Development & Implementation for Singapore or Hong Kong. You will drive regional product development initiatives, collaborate with distribution teams, Global Product Strategy, and business partners to ensure timely launches and changes.

Experience in product development and implementation is required, with strong project management skills. A Bachelor’s degree is expected, and PM qualifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of investment products.
• Knowledge of regulatory regimes in APAC (Singapore, HK, Taiwan).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development initiatives in APAC, including launches, mergers, closures and changes.
• Manage local registrations of the product platform in Asia.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams and collaborate with Sales, Investment, Legal and Compliance.
