Job summary

SharkNinja APAC is seeking a Product Developer to lead consumer product initiatives from concept to commercialization, partnering with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing, and regional teams across APAC.

You will translate market and consumer insights into robust requirements, validate performance, manage risks, and drive product decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing cost, schedule, and quality to delight customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Development or related technical role.
• Experience developing consumer products from concept through commercialization.
• Experience defining product requirements, technical specifications, and performance targets.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and launch of consumer products from concept through commercialization.
• Define product concepts, value propositions, consumer-relevant features, product requirements, technical specifications, and performance targets.
• Translate consumer insights, market opportunities, and regional requirements into technically feasible product solutions.
• Act as the voice of APAC consumers and markets, ensuring regional needs are reflected in product definitions and development decisions.
• Partner closely with Engineering teams to evaluate concepts, product architectures, technical trade-offs, and product solutions.
• Balance consumer needs, technical feasibility, product performance, quality, cost, and schedule considerations when making product recommendations and development decisions.
• Support design reviews, risk assessments, and engineering build evaluations to ensure products meet performance and reliability targets.
• Drive issue identification, prioritization, root-cause investigation, and resolution of product issues in partnership with Engineering, Quality, and supplier teams.
