What it's about

To further extend our growing private Infrastructure team in Singapore we are looking for an Investment Leader, Private Infrastructure, to join the senior leadership and lead and enrich our team. Your responsibilities:

• Sourcing and identifying direct investment opportunities in Asia‑Pacific
• Managing deal teams, preparing investment committee inputs and presenting investment opportunities to the investment committee
• Executing investment processes including managing work streams, from origination stage to closing and exit
• Taking board seats of portfolio companies as necessary, and actively contributing to value creation and monitoring efforts
• Review investment memoranda for, and participate in, investment committee meetings on a regular basis
• Leverage existing and develop relationships with current and prospective operating partners and industry experts to assist in identifying and assessing opportunities and drive value creation through our investee company boards
• Support the client solutions team on various capital‑raising related opportunities such as attending pitches and fundraising meetings

What we expect

We are looking for a person who works well in an entrepreneurial organization, someone who is a self‑starter and possesses strong networking and organisation skills, as well as demonstrated investment and team leadership experience. The successful candidate should have the following profile:

• 8‑10 years of direct investment experience in APAC Infrastructure, or Private Equity with a focus on "core plus", with a leading investment manager; investment execution experience is highly important
• Successful and proven investment execution and sourcing skills
• Existing network in the advisory, banking, intermediary community and owners/operators within Infrastructure
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Experience in team management in the deal team
• Successful track record of providing guidance and mentorship
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to learn and succeed
