Digital Realty is seeking a Portfolio Analyst in Singapore to oversee forecasting, budgeting, leasing investment analysis and ad-hoc reporting. You will lead tracking of inventory, construction timelines, sales and renewal forecasts, and leasing activities within the Portfolio Management Group.

The role requires 1–3 years in a financial/portfolio analyst role, strong financial reporting skills, and proficiency with Yardi and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate or a similar field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a financial/portfolio analyst role or similar.
• Strong ability to create financial reports and analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Yardi.

Responsabilités

• Prepare ROI investment analyses for asset management on portfolio properties.
• Prepare IRR/NOI analyses for active deals and building-level returns.
• Track available supply, demand and competitors in markets.
• Research market trends, activity and competitor data as needed.
• Coordinate annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Generate and review monthly and quarterly reporting packages with financial statements and schedules.
• Create and update financial reports and analyses of corporate assets.
• Maintain and review assets’ inventory databases within the region.
