Job summary

J.P. Morgan in APAC seeks a Product Director for the Payment Rail Product team. You will own product strategy, client solutioning, and end-to-end delivery for regional and global clients across Asia Pacific.

You will coordinate with sales, technology, operations, risk and legal to deliver innovative payment-rail solutions, real-time payments, and value-added services while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Payments/Transaction Banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science or related disciplines.
• Ability to manage internal and external client engagement.
• Experience collaborating with sales, technology, operations, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and strong influencing skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and deliver tactical execution. Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions. Strong presentation and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Inclusive and Collaborative attitude that are able to navigate stakeholder.
• Ability to navigate global stakeholder and may require to travel.

• Market Requirement Owner: Manage and own Business Initiatives at regional and global level from end to end product perspective.
