Job summary

Samsonite is seeking a Supply Chain Planner for APAC & ME on a 1-year contract, based in Singapore. You will coordinate planning, procurement, logistics, and reporting, ensuring data integrity and stakeholder alignment across regions.

The role requires 2–3 years in supply chain functions, experience with SAP and strong Excel skills, and a proactive, analytical mindset to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, PO management, Logistics or Operation Coordination.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Supply planning and order management, including PO creation and tracking with suppliers.
• Monitor order status, resolve supply and delivery issues, and support planning activities.
• Prepare and distribute routine supply chain reports and KPIs.
• Data management and reporting, ensuring data integrity and audit compliance.
• Support projects, system testing, and process standardization initiatives.
