Job summary

Samsonite is seeking a Supply Chain Planner for APAC & ME on a 1-year contract. The role supports planning, procurement, logistics, and reporting across the region, ensuring data integrity and coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

We value someone with 2–3 years in supply chain, ERP/SAP experience, and strong Excel/data analysis skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and driving continuous improvements across the regional supply chain.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Supply Planning & Order Management.
• Coordinate purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up with suppliers.
• Monitor order status and resolve supply and delivery issues.
• Support demand and supply planning activities.
• Data Management & Reporting.
• Prepare and distribute routine supply chain reports and KPIs.
• Collect and analyze operational data to support project schedule and outcomes.
• Ensure documentation is maintained in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Continuous Improvement; support ongoing projects, system testing & enhancements, and process standardization initiatives.
• Assist with special assignments as required by the Supply Chain team.
