Job summary

PIMCO offers a 10-week MBA Summer Intern program across APAC offices (Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Taiwan). The Account Managers mentor interns while you learn to educate clients on investment strategies and develop client relationships.

You will collaborate with product strategists and portfolio managers, gaining hands-on experience with AI-powered tools from day one. Ideal candidates are MBAs in Finance/Economics, available mid-2027 to mid-2028, fluent in English, with strong analytical

Qualifications

Pursuing MBA with emphasis in Finance and Economics or related quantitative/analytical field, with completion between Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
Availability to commit fully to the internship for the full program duration.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Asian languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Educate clients about a broad set of investment strategies and build relationships across client organizations.
Develop deep understanding of client needs, industry trends and position client-centric solutions.
Collaborate with other PIMCO investment professionals, including Product Strategists and Portfolios Managers.
Provide information on performance attribution, market performance and macroeconomic conditions; outline the firm's outlook.
