Qualifications

• 5-7 years of marketing and communications experience in managing a broad marketing mix.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence others.
• Experience with G-suite tools and Canva.
• Interest in health and wellbeing.
• Experience navigating a matrixed environment and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel regularly (quarterly to annually).

Responsibilities

• Own APAC client and stakeholder relationships and develop strategic partnerships.
• Manage marketing and communications requests from partners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communications across organizations.
• Collaborate on development and production of consumer-focused communications and assets.
• Own and manage all marketing services, SOPs, website, newsletters, assets, and regional campaigns.
• Support global marketing initiatives and align regional campaigns with them.
• Tell stories to multiple audiences while upholding the brand tone.
• Contribute to integrated marketing strategy and planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements for cross-team collaboration.
