Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Distribution Planning Lead for South Asia Pacific to manage daily activities supporting distribution, sales and inventory. You will liaise with retail branches and sales teams to analyze stock levels and provide replenishment support.

The role requires 4–5 years in supply chain analytics within luxury or retail, advanced Excel/VBA, and strong communication skills. Based in Singapore with regional responsibilities and a focus on inventory optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
4-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, sales and stock analysis in Luxury or retail industry.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, VBA, Power BI, Analytics/Reporting tools.
Excellent written/verbal communication and diplomacy skills.
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

Create stock targets based on inventory constraints, sales trends, merchandising initiatives, and regional needs.
Monitor inventory levels in selling locations to optimize assets and meet availability targets.
Analyze allocations and review distribution/assortment with Merchandising.
Coordinate rebalances to drive sales and maximize stock availability.
Support stores, product initiatives, promotions and regional trends.
Consolidate sold orders/back orders among countries and coordinate with global markets.
Collaborate on long tail assortment and End of Life optimizations for stock coverage.
Utilize reporting tools to analyze sales and inventory and improve decision making.
