Job summary

LVMH Fragrance and Cosmetic in Singapore is seeking a Supply and Distribution Planning Intern to gain hands‑on experience with a world‑class luxury cosmetics group. Based at our APAC regional headquarters, you will support the supply and distribution planners in managing operations across the APAC markets and help optimize daily planning activities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Able to commit full-time internship from Dec 2026 to Jun 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Anaplan and SAP are a plus.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Weekly deployment plan to APAC markets, ensuring alignment with demand, stock levels, and product availability.
• Use Anaplan as the primary planning platform for distribution activities.
• Support supply chain processes using SAP as required to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
• Follow our replenishment (PEX) process to manage APAC inventory.
• Ensure inventory deployment aligns with market demand and logistics requirements.
• Provide visibility on product availability by channel, aligned with short- and mid-term priorities.
• Identify shortages or excess stock risks and propose actionable solutions to management.
• Data crunching using Power Query or Power BI to process large datasets.
• Identify trends to support planning decisions across APAC markets.
• Foster cross-functional communication with sales, marketing, and production.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in planning operations.
• Take initiative on ad hoc projects related to supply and demand planning.
