Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Security Program Manager for the Asia Pacific region.

You will design, implement, and continuously improve risk-based security controls for high-value shipments across global transportation lanes, partnering with Global Security, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure a scalable operating model. You will evaluate tracking and recovery solutions and lead cross-functional security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, security, or related field.
• Master’s degree or advanced education is a plus.
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., TAPA FSR/TSR, CPP, PSP, CTPAT, ASIS).

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME for high-value logistics security controls across global transportation lanes.
• Develop and maintain a risk-based logistics security framework for shipments.
• Define security requirements for carriers and providers; include tracking, geofencing, chain of custody, and tamper detection.
• Embed security requirements into carrier agreements and SOPs.
• Evaluate and select monitoring, telematics, and recovery solutions.
• Manage vendor reviews, pilots, and implementation activities.
• Establish monitoring, escalation, and recovery workflows for high-value shipments.
• Measure program effectiveness using security metrics.
• Coordinate incident response and after-action reviews.
• Prepare executive-level risk summaries and supplier scorecards.
