Job summary

Apple South Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Capacity Planning & Analytics professional to bridge demand signals with logistics execution. You will own and optimize inbound/outbound freight, DC operations, and regional channel planning to support sell-through targets.

The role emphasizes data-driven forecasting, cross-functional collaboration with Supply/Demand Management, Retail Fulfilment, Procurement, and internal Logistics teams. Strong analytics and tools proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Strong data analytics and numeracy with high attention to detail.
• Organised and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrates problem-solving and stakeholder influence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with data tools: Tableau, Python, SQL, Excel; coding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Logistics on capacity matters across inbound/outbound freight, DCs, and channels.
• Develop forecast and capacity review cadence with cross-functional teams and internal Logistics groups.
• Communicate and influence scale decisions with stakeholders, balancing demand, cost and service.
• Lead capacity planning activities for peak events, surfacing risks and directing execution.
• Own mid-term and long-term volume planning with regional/worldwide stakeholders.
• Provide returns volume forecasts to plan DC and freight resources during peak periods.
• Support planning and monitoring reporting, including dashboards and troubleshooting tooling issues.
• Drive continuous process improvement in capacity planning workflows and systems.
