Job summary

Apple seeks a results-oriented Logistics Planning Analyst to join the Pacific Logistics team. Leverage analytical, systems, and stitching skills to enable capacity planning across inbound, outbound, and DC operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies in processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years in supply chain/logistics.
• Strong data analysis with ability to present data to senior management.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or ERP; experience with Tableau, Python, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Support Logistics capacity planning-related queries across Inbound, Outbound, DCs and routes to market.
• Report on key operational KPIs to monitor forecast performance vs actuals.
• Analyse forecast requirements against capacity and identify risks to events/volumes; collaborate with managers to enable more capacity.
• Maintain system setups, dashboards, and tools during BAU and peak periods, including issue resolution and stakeholder updates.
• Translate business requirements into system setups and propose system/process enhancements to improve supply chain efficiency or customer experience; participate in capital projects as a super user through UAT.
• Participate in Logistics Cost and Shipping strategy reviews with Operations Finance, Retail/Reseller Ops, and S/D Management.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and management systems.
