You will own forecast and capacity reviews, influence scale decisions, and lead capacity planning for peak events, ensuring timely shipments while optimizing costs. Strong data analytics and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

• Strong data analytics and numeracy skills with attention to detail.
• Organised and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving capability with comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Tableau, Python, SQL, Excel); ability to read or write code is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to adopt new technologies and champion their use within the team.

Responsabilités

• Represent Logistics on capacity matters across Inbound & Outbound Freight, Distribution Centres, and all route-to-market channels.
• Develop and sustain a forecast and capacity review cadence with cross-functional teams across Supply/Demand, Retail Fulfilment Operations, Procurement and internal Logistics teams.
• Communicate and influence scale decisions with key stakeholders, considering demand/supply assumptions, constraints and cost.
• Lead logistics capacity planning activities ahead of and during peak events, ensuring shipment and delivery lead times are met.
• Own Mid-Term and Long-Term Volume Planning with regional and worldwide stakeholders, including forecast review and capacity modelling.
• Provide returns volume forecasts to plan DC and freight resources during peak periods, ensuring timely goods receipt.
• Support planning and monitoring reporting requirements, troubleshoot planning tool issues, and build dashboards.
• Drive continuous process improvement in capacity planning workflows and systems.
