Job summary

Qualifications
- Law degree and active admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
- 15+ years of relevant legal experience, including in-house or top-tier firms.
- Deep IP experience covering trademarks, copyright, licensing and enforcement.
- Experience managing cross-border IP disputes and regional enforcement.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Experience working in the Asia-Pacific region.
Responsibilities
- Lead IP strategy and regional portfolio protection across APAC.
- Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related and commercial agreements.
- Manage IP disputes and enforcement.
- Advise marketing and product teams on IP risk and branding.
- Coordinate with external counsel and develop regional legal talent.
