APAC Senior Financial Accountant - ICFR & Reporting

Job summary

BBC Studios in Singapore seeks a Financial Accountant / Senior Financial Accountant to support day-to-day financial accounting, financial control, statutory reporting and governance for Asia operations. You will assist month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and external audits.

The role reports to the Finance Manager, Asia, with exposure to ICFR policies, multi-entity accounting and regional governance across APAC. Strong Excel, SAP, and IFRS knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/CA preferred).
• 4–5 years of relevant financial accounting experience.
• Experience with month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience with statutory reporting and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Support Asia month-end close and reporting processes.
• Prepare balance sheets reconciliations and variances.
• Coordinate with outsourced R2R provider for Asia.
• Support AP/AR and tax and ICFR compliance.
• Assist with audit requests and statutory filings.
