Job summary

Edrington Group is seeking a procurement professional to lead APAC POSM Hub development and drive marketing services category strategies across SE Asia, China, and APAC regions. You will engage stakeholders, manage budgets and contracts, and optimize supplier performance to maximize value.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, governance adherence, and delivering cost efficiencies while maintaining brand consistency across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Financial acumen with budget setting and adherence.
• POSM & Visibility-IMO, ATL or BTL procurement project management experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building in marketing services.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Strong problem solving, negotiation, presentation, organizational skills.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency.
• SAP/Power BI experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build strong connections with key business partners and ensure procurement compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build project pipelines with savings.
• Lead APAC POSM Hub development, centralizing cost, speed and brand consistency.
• Develop strategy and implementation plan for agencies spending in APAC marketing.
• Negotiate with suppliers for best value and terms.
• Support strategic sourcing and supplier evaluations to ensure quality and compliance.
• Stay updated on regional trends and provide innovative ideas for marketing spend.
• Define procurement project plans with objectives, resources, timeline and supplier criteria.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement involvement in marketing spend.
• Manage relationships with service providers and monitor performance.
