Job summary

Sygnia is seeking an experienced Incident Response Manager to lead IR services for clients across APAC. This senior role combines technical leadership, crisis management, and client engagement to drive high-quality incident response across regional engagements.

The IRM will guide cross-functional teams, shape investigation directions, and communicate with executives and clients during critical situations. Travel internationally and collaboration with global teams are expected as part of ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of leadership experience in incident response or cybersecurity consulting.
• Ability to lead technically complex investigations and guide specialists.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response and threat-hunting engagements for clients, across APAC.
• Support investigation strategy and technical direction, addressing critical risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams of researchers and experts per engagement.
• Provide clear, timely updates to technical, financial, legal, business and executive stakeholders.
• Lead client-facing communications during investigations and coordinate with client teams.
• Collaborate with Sygnia’s global teams to ensure consistent delivery across regions.
• Contribute to methodologies, processes, and capabilities for IR.
