Job summary

Sygnia, a leading cyber consulting and incident response firm, seeks an experienced Incident Response Manager (IRM) to lead incident response services for clients across APAC. This senior role combines technical leadership, crisis management, client engagement, and cross-functional project leadership.

You will guide investigations, coordinate diverse teams of researchers and forensic experts, and work with executive stakeholders to contain and defeat threats while expanding Sygnia’s IR

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in leadership roles related to incident response or cybersecurity consulting.
• Ability to guide investigations, evaluate evidence, and present defensible conclusions.
• Proven experience leading diverse, non-hierarchical teams and delivering in fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response engagements across APAC, with containment and remediation outcomes.
• Define investigation strategy, ensure proper evidence collection and analysis.
• Direct cross-functional teams of researchers, forensics, and specialists per project.
• Assess findings, identify gaps, and guide defensible investigative decisions.
• Provide timely updates to technical, legal, business, and executive stakeholders.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, strengthening relationships and opportunities.
• Contribute to thought leadership, publications, and business development.
• Develop and improve internal IR methodologies and playbooks.
