Job summary

Litrinium, Inc. is a fast-paced technology company specializing in high-speed analog and mixed-signal IC solutions for data centers, AI, and communications.

We seek a driven sales/Applications leader to drive revenue with OEMs and support distribution in Asia. The candidate should have 7+ years in field sales or field applications for high-speed interconnects, with strong English and Mandarin, and a proven track record of closing deals and building executive relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years direct experience with high-speed physical layer components and/or optical networking systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required; able to leverage relationships to close deals and hit targets.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; travel across Asia as needed; team management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products to existing and emerging OEM customers.
• Manage and support distribution efforts in assigned regions/territories (sales and technical).
