Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Program Director to lead front-end development for APAC data center opportunities, from site identification through land acquisition and execution readiness.

You will coordinate due diligence, governance, and investment approvals, aligning technical, commercial, and strategic priorities across Leadership, Site Selection, Design, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Legal.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex development, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience across APAC markets, especially Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Australia, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC Investment Council decisions and portfolio growth initiatives.
• Oversee front-end planning, due diligence, and land/entitlement activities for new developments.
• Coordinate governance, risk, budget, and external stakeholders across sites and markets.
• Provide executive-level guidance and develop robust business cases for investment approvals.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure timely decision-making across teams.
