Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Manager, Policy & Government Relations for APAC. You will shape the financial services and digital policy landscape across Asia-Pacific, beginning with Singapore and other key markets.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of hands-on experience with financial services policy and regulation in APAC.
• Existing network in Singapore and ideally across the wider region.
• Understanding of digital policy, payments, and stablecoins.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kraken's policy positions across APAC and contribute to company-wide strategy.
• Engage with policymakers and regulators, starting with Singapore MAS.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise internal teams.
• Collaborate with regulatory, compliance, communications, product, and engineering teams.
• Travel within the region as needed.
