Job summary

Liberty is seeking an Underwriter, Global Programs to coordinate placement and servicing of multinational policies for APAC and beyond. The role collaborates with brokers, clients and underwriting teams to ensure accurate processing and timely documentation across multiple time zones.

The successful candidate will handle information gathering, prebind and post-bind activities, and maintain strong relationships to differentiate Liberty’s service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in General (non-Life) Insurance preferred.
• Experience in an aligned role with a broker or insurance company.
• Proficient with PC-based systems such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate placement and servicing of MNP policies across APAC and worldwide.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and underwriting teams to facilitate MNP placement.
• Assist underwriting teams with information gathering, prebind and post-bind activities.
• Ensure timely communication and provision of MNP documentation to brokers and clients.
• Support processes for MNP documentation and in-country changes within Asia.
• Review policy terms and documents with underwriter referral points as needed.
• Work with MNP operations to ensure accurate processing and recording of MNP business.
• Monitor premium payments and investigate discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain logs and generate reports; assist in audits when required.
• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory and corporate requirements.
