Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking an experienced Frontline Support Engineer to join our APAC team in Singapore. You will handle high‑priority SaaS platform issues, provide real‑time troubleshooting, and collaborate with Site Reliability, DevOps, Product and Engineering to maintain service excellence.

The APAC Frontline team operates 24/7, with weekend coverage and paid overtime; you will work five days per week, with shifts starting early in the morning, and there are no night shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar.
• Ability to work under high pressure and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work unorthodox hours when needed.
• Experience with API implementation and debugging.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own problems through to resolution using all available resources.
• Provide real-time support using Slack and remote troubleshooting during APAC timezone.
• Deliver best-in-class technical support for Fireblocks's SaaS platform.
• Escalate technical issues to the Senior Support Team as required.
• Collaborate with the Senior Support team during outage situations and participate in war room calls.
• Adopt and adhere to business processes and policies.
• Handle customer queries and escalations with meticulous case management and documentation.
