Job summary

Inchcape in Singapore seeks a Manager, FP&A to support the APAC region by delivering high-quality performance analysis, forecasting and investment support across markets.

The role covers monthly reporting, management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, scenario analysis, and development of integrated financial models. You will also prepare executive-level reports and drive FP&A process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent is preferred for professional qualification.
• 7–10 years’ FP&A or related finance experience in multinational or matrix organisations.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly APAC reporting cycle for HQ and regional management accounts with commentary on risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models including DCF and valuation analyses.
• Prepare executive presentations and management reporting packs for senior stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, rolling plans and dashboard enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, data integrity and planning systems.
