Job summary

The LEGO Group APAC is seeking an FP&A Finance Manager to centralize forecasting, reporting and governance for the APAC Market Group. You will own the regional planning, provide performance insights and partner with senior stakeholders to drive investment decisions and tool deployments.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with Finance, Business Units and senior leaders across the region to strengthen governance and improve forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Led financial estimating and forecasting processes for a business, market group or region.
• Delivered monthly P&L performance reporting, executive-level reporting and financial analysis.
• Influenced senior commercial and operational stakeholders across markets, preparing and presenting financial performance insights that have shaped decision making.
• Drove completion of planning, forecasting or reporting activities across teams to agreed deadlines.
• Created executive-level materials that translated financial performance into clear management insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC financial estimate process and reporting.
• Shape financial performance and governance across the APAC Market Group.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insight and investment recommendations.
• Support deployment of new financial, sales and marketing tools across Business Units.
