LEGO Brand Retail, within the LEGO Group, seeks an APAC FP&A Finance Director to lead planning, forecasting and governance across Asia Pacific. The role focuses on aligning commercial ambitions with financial commitments, guiding revenue, margin, earnings, investment and future growth in a hybrid Singapore-based setup.

• Led regional performance management and target setting across revenue, margin and earnings, identifying risks and opportunities and driving resulting actions.
• Led cross-functional strategic projects, influencing senior stakeholders while working in a matrix environment.
• Shaped trade and marketing investment choices, embedding effectiveness, productivity and return on investment in resource allocation.
• Strengthened financial governance and planning accuracy across regional planning and forecasting cycles.
• Built and presented insight-led financial materials for senior leaders covering planning, forecasts, performance and investment choices.

Responsibilities

• Own annual planning, targets, forecasts, and long-range planning for APAC finance.
• Shape the four-year PLAN30 strategy and drive transformational projects.
• Improve investment effectiveness through clearer financial performance measures and governance.
• Advance automation and standardized FP&A processes across Asia Pacific.
