Job summary

Wingstop Restaurants Inc. seeks a regional technical lead for Food Safety, QA, and Product Specification & R&D across the APAC region. You will own product specifications, nutrition and labeling, and ensure compliance with Wingstop standards.

You will collaborate with Culinary, Supply Chain, Global FSQA, and Brand Partners to validate new products, manage supplier performance, and lead risk-based decisions across markets. Travel across APAC is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Food Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 8+ years regional experience in food safety, QA, or product development in QSR, poultry, or food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own development, approval, and maintenance of product specifications, formulations, allergen matrices, labeling docs for APAC items.
• Lead technical validation for NPD/EPD, including nutritional validation, regulatory review, shelf-life, organoleptic testing.
• Attend production trials and commercialization runs to ensure product integrity and adherence.
• Manage changes, reformulations, and regional adaptations with risk assessment and documentation.
• Oversee supplier approval, validation, and ongoing performance across APAC.
