Job summary

Oxford Nanopore Technologies Ltd. is seeking an APAC Regional Accountant to support financial accounting, audit, and tax processes across APAC entities. The role collaborates with local service providers, ensures timely month-end closes, and maintains strong financial controls.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in accounting or audit, solid Excel skills and bilingual English and Mandarin, with a degree in accounting or related field. This is a Singapore-based, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of accounting and audit experience.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across entities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review month-end journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate reconciling items.
• Support intercompany accounting, reconciliations and settlements across APAC.
• Prepare management reporting schedules and support Group reporting requirements.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Participate in month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities.
