Job summary

Anthropic Limited in Singapore is seeking an International Accounting Manager (APAC) to establish local compliance, lead monthly financial reviews, and drive regional accounting operations across APAC entities. You will partner with global teams and shape processes as the Singapore hub’s first accounting hire.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of APAC accounting experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and CA/CPA/ACCA qualification, with strong ERP system skills including Workday or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 8+ years accounting experience in a high-growth, multi-country APAC context.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• Qualified accountant with CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement local APAC accounting frameworks.
• Manage monthly local financial statement reviews and variance explanations.
• Oversee intercompany eliminations and balance sheet reconciliations.
