Qualifications

• 3–5 years in AR credit & collections with a proven track record.
• Proficient in AI tools and financial statement analysis.
• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background.
• Native or business-level Japanese proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage APAC AR collection and credit activities for Monthly Invoicing customers in Japan and India.
• Review and approve new credit applications; monitor credit risk and limits.
• Coordinate invoicing, cash applications, and remittance details with sales teams.
• Collaborate with Accenture collectors in Bangalore to hit target collection metrics.
