Job summary

Moet Hennessy Asia Pacific Travel Retail seeks a Finance Director to partner with regional leaders, oversee financial operations, and drive performance across APAC markets. You will lead budgeting, planning, and reporting, while shaping strategy with central HQ and local teams.

You will manage governance, internal controls, pricing strategy, and supply chain finance, fostering a data-driven culture and cross-functional collaboration across the region.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in Finance with a regional role
• Strong business acumen, budgeting, and forecasting skills with accuracy
• Experience in pricing, profitability and inventory management
• Executive presence and ability to lead a finance team
• Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional financial strategies, policies and procedures
• Lead budgeting, planning, forecasting and performance reviews
• Drive regional pricing strategy and monthly monitoring
• Oversee internal control and ERICA processes across the region
• Lead a team of finance professionals and foster collaboration
• Promote data analytics and dashboards to support decision making
