Job summary

ACCA Careers is recruiting on behalf of a global healthcare technology organization for a regional financial controller role covering Asia Pacific. You will own regional financial controlling, performance management, and tactical planning across markets, working with cross-border teams.

The role offers extensive regional exposure, involvement in transformation initiatives, and a clear path for professional growth, with occasional travel to regional hubs.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accountancy or professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW.
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in management accounting, ideally within a regional scope.
• Proficiency with Tier-1 ERP systems, enterprise reporting tools and advanced spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of IFRS; proactive, collaborative mindset essential.
• Short notice period candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial governance across regional entities by validating monthly reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist leadership in shaping key performance metrics and presenting management reports to highlight risks and opportunities.
• Establish tracking for regional admin and IT expenditures; perform variance analysis on budgets and prepare inventory forecast packages.
• Calculate standard costs for inventory and drive regional finance process optimization, ensuring internal control adherence.
