Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Director of Finance & Accounting to lead APAC accounting, reporting, compliance, audit and treasury. The role ensures integrity of financial reporting, strong controls and finance transformation across the region.

The successful candidate will oversee regional close, statutory reporting, tax, financing and M&A integration, building a high-performing finance team and advising senior management on financial and strategic matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Professional qualification (CPA/CA/ACCA) required.
• 12–15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience in a multinational.
• Big 4 audit background strongly preferred.
• Strong IFRS, consolidations, debt financing, treasury and M&A knowledge.
• Experience leading external audits and regulatory compliance programs.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate financials into insights.
• Proven leadership through organizational growth and change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with executives, auditors, investors.
• Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or data center industries preferred.
• Experience with Yardi and enterprise reporting systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC accounting and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate management, statutory and shareholder reporting.
• Lead regional audit, tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Drive finance transformation and process improvement initiatives across APAC.
• Oversee APAC financing and covenant compliance activities.
• Support M&A transactions, due diligence, integration and corporate restructuring.
• Establish and maintain a strong internal control and governance framework.
• Develop, mentor and retain a high-performing finance team across the region.
• Represent Finance in engagements with auditors, lenders, investors and regulatory authorities.
